# Choose a product

> Pick REST API, WebSocket, Webhook Alerts, or Bulk Exports by the job, and see how you sign in to each one.

All four cover Hyperliquid and Lighter, but they differ in the datasets and history they carry, in how the data reaches you, and in how you sign in.

### [REST API](/rest-api)

Snapshots and history windows from code, with an API key. In an AI client, the [MCP server](/mcp-server) serves the same data over OAuth. [Venue coverage](/venue-coverage) lists the datasets.

### [WebSocket](/websocket)

Live updates, or history replayed in order, with an API key sent when the socket opens. [Channels](/websocket/channels) lists what streams live and what replays.

### [Webhook Alerts](/webhooks)

A signed HTTP request when an event happens, instead of polling. Set it up in the dashboard, over REST with an API key, or through the MCP server over OAuth; delivery starts on Build. [Alert events](/webhooks/events) lists the events.

### [Bulk Exports](/data-catalog)

Parquet files for a market, data types, and UTC dates, bought in the Data Catalog in your browser by card or with export credits. [Export schemas](/export-schemas) lists the data types.

## What a market means

A market is one instrument or outcome on a specific venue, such as BTC-USD perpetuals on Hyperliquid or AAPL-USD perpetuals on Lighter.

In the Data Catalog, each market opens an export page where you choose the available data types and date range.

## Check availability

* [Venue coverage](/venue-coverage) shows which data types each market has, and from when.
* [Data quality](/data-quality) explains coverage, freshness, and gaps.
* [Data rights](/data-rights) explains permitted use and redistribution.

## Next step

Open the product you chose above. If you are starting out, most people begin with the [Quickstart](/quickstart): create a key, call the BTC order book, and read the response.
