# Checkout and delivery

> Pay for a Bulk Exports order, follow it to Ready to Download, download and refresh links, resume an unpaid order, and recover from a failed export.

This page covers everything after you select **Review order** in the Data Catalog cart: paying, following your order, downloading files, and recovering when something goes wrong. You order exports in the Data Catalog web app; ordering is not part of the public REST API.

## Download availability and expired links

* Each download link lasts **7 days**.
* Downloads are available for **30 days** after the export completes. The order page shows how many days remain.
* To get fresh links, open the order page again from [your exports](https://0xarchive.io/dashboard/exports). It creates new links each time it loads. If they fail to load, select **Retry download links**.
* After 30 days the order page says the export has expired. To get the data again, place a new order in the Data Catalog.

## Review the quote

The **Review export order** page lists each dataset with its dates, which you can still change. The order summary shows the subtotal, export credits, any discount, and the **Total today**. All dates are UTC, and a day runs from 00:00 to 24:00 UTC. How prices are worked out is under [Pricing](/export-schemas#pricing).

## Sign in and pay

Select **Confirm & Pay**. If you are signed out, the button reads **Sign in to continue**; after you sign in you return to the same order without rebuilding the cart.

Export credits apply first. When they cover the total there is no payment step and the export starts. Otherwise you pay the remainder by card in Stripe Checkout, then return to the order page.

## Follow your order

Each order has an order page in your dashboard, titled **Export Order**, with the order ID under the title. Its status moves through these states:

| Status | What it means | What to do |
| - | - | - |
| **Awaiting Payment** | The order exists but is not paid. | Finish payment, or resume it as described below. |
| **Queued** | Payment or credits cleared; the export is waiting to start. | Nothing. |
| **Processing** | Files are being built; the page shows a percentage. | Nothing. Most exports are ready in a minute or two. |
| **Ready to Download** | Files are ready. | Download them within 30 days. |
| **Unavailable** | No file was produced: either the order was never paid and expired, or it was paid and the export failed. | If you never paid, build the order again. If you paid, see [If an export fails](#if-an-export-fails). |

You get an email when the files are ready. To notify your own systems instead, subscribe a webhook to the `export.job.completed` and `export.job.failed` events; see [Webhook Alerts](/webhooks).

## Resume an unpaid order

If you leave Stripe Checkout without paying, the order stays on its order page as **Awaiting Payment**. Open the page again later to resume payment.

Unpaid orders expire: after 15 minutes if payment never started, and after 26 hours if you left Stripe Checkout. An expired order shows as **Unavailable** and needs nothing refunded; build the order again in the Data Catalog.

## Download your files

When the order is **Ready to Download**, the **Download Files** section lists each Parquet file and a `README.md`, grouped by market and data type, with their sizes. Select a file name to download it.

To download on a server, copy a file's link and fetch it with curl. Keep the quotes: the link carries a signature in its query string.

```bash theme={"theme":"github-dark"}
curl -o BTC_trades_2026-10-01_to_2026-10-01.parquet "<download link>"
```

File names do not include the venue. If an order holds the same symbol and data type on two venues, both files have the same name: save them to separate folders, and read the venue from each file's `exchange` metadata.

The files are licensed for your use under the [Data License](https://0xarchive.io/policies/data-license). Read [Data rights](/data-rights) before you publish or redistribute data from them.

## If an export fails

When a paid export fails, the order page shows **Unavailable** and no file is produced.

* **Paid with export credits:** the credits return to your balance automatically within a few minutes, so you can place the order again at no extra cost.
* **Paid by card:** [contact support](https://0xarchive.io/contact) with the order ID for a refund.

## Recurring delivery

For scheduled file delivery or large historical datasets delivered as Parquet, see [Enterprise delivery](/enterprise-delivery). For data on request from your code, use the [REST API](/rest-api).
